Steven Moran

I first came to work in Ealing and Northfields in September 1998 and quickly fell in love with both my job and the area, so I instantly knew that I did not want to do anything else or work anywhere else. Working for a company with the history that Rolfe East has and in an area with such a diverse mix of properties, ensures that no one day is the same, so I feel very lucky to work in such an interesting and busy industry.

Having worked in the area for a very long time and through many global and economic challenges, I find it reassuring to know that the demand from people to live in such a wonderful area has always remained so strong and this only ever seems to get stronger still, so just like the market, I’m buzzing for what the future holds!

The most important and fulfilling part of my job and what I believe sets me apart from other agents is that my clients know that they can rely on me from start to finish and that I am here for them at all times. It is a promise that I make and one that I know that I will deliver and I enjoy forging warm working relationships with them.

When I am not working, I enjoy exploring the world with family and friends….and watching property TV shows of course, and a fun fact about me is that Phil Spencer once called me a superstar when I agreed a sale to his clients on an episode of Location Location Location!
