This is how we do it….
Book a property valuation
Before we can market your property, we will visit to give you an up-to-date and honest valuation. This will consider the condition of the property and its location as well as local market factors.
Marketing your property
We will arrange to have professional photography taken to show your property in its best light and these will be approved by you, along with detailed floor plans. Once we have the Energy Performance Certificate (which we can arrange for you) we will market your property across Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket as well as showcasing it prominently on our own website and extensively across our offices as we will have buyers registered in more than one branch. We will also use the power of social media to reach a wide audience of potential buyers.
Arranging viewings
We will accompany all viewings and be on hand to answer any questions the viewer may have. We will also give you honest feedback as soon as possible and advise any course of action to secure a sale.
Handling offers
Our sales team are skilled negotiators and the director working for you will be able to field a number of offers to secure you the best price. In some cases, these go to full and final offers when we will then discuss the pros and cons of each offer, so you make the right decision to accept one.
Processing your sale
Once under offer, we will be on hand throughout the sales process to keep you informed of progress and ensure all parties have the information they need, and queries are answered up to the exchange of contracts. Sometimes this stage is frustrating for all parties, but we can answer any queries you may have.
Completion day
The day everyone is waiting for when your property completes the sales process, and we hand over the keys, once we have the go head from your solicitor. When you move with Rolfe East you will find the process is as stress-free as possible and we look forward to working with you.
