Yes, we are unusual in working across the full spectrum of the property market.  But, for us, that's just part of the genius of Rolfe East.  Right from our early days, we've had a bit of a thing about providing specialist advice.  That's why we organise ourselves the way we do: in dedicated teams.

Increasingly, though, we believe that the property demarcations of old are blurring.  These days, there are so many mixed use developments, so many property portfolios that include both residential and commercial that it pays dividends to work with an agent who's equally comfortable on both sides of the divide.  We certainly fit that bill: we've been dealing with commercial sales and rentals since [year] and have advised on more than [x] transactions. 

What this gives us is priceless: the insight that commercial property is about so much more than square footage, business rates, potential footfall and transport links.  It's also about understanding the history and character of the area, having an appreciation of the local residents and their tastes and habits.  Crucially, it's about knowing what types of businesses have and haven't flourished in the past.

This is the kind of understanding, appreciation and knowledge that stems only from having a long-standing, substantial presence in the local area.  We tick that box as well - in spades.
