CO-FOUNDER
Simon, co-founder of Rolfe East, was brought up in the 'Queen of the Suburbs', Ealing, where he also chose to raise his own family. Undoubtedly, his knowledge and relationships within the local community made him a truly commendable leader.

ASHLEY ROLFE
Managing Director
Ashley’s biggest property influence was his grandmother who in the 1960’s was a small property builder, he remembers walking building sites in a pair of wellies when he was still at Montpelier Primary School. His passion for the business continues, and despite our many attempts to move him upstairs he still appears everyday to annoy (sorry - motivate) and advise both clients and teams.

JON HADFIELD
Property Management Director
Jon, who has been part of Rolfe East for virtually all of his working life, was formerly Rolfe East Sales Director for nearly 21 years. As one of the company’s proprietors, he has recently taken over as director responsible for property management. It has been said that in terms of residential sales, his knowledge of the West London market was second to none and he now brings vast experience of sales and lettings (as both an agent and a landlord) to Rolfe East’s many hundreds of management clients. We very much hope to add your name to this growing list!

ROBERT BARRETT
Director Of Land And New Homes
Continuing the local knowledge theme and connections Robert was Born in Ealing, went to Fielding School in Northfields and Ealing Green. He brings decades of sales and marketing skills to his role in charge of land, new homes and developments. He is married with three children and lives in Rickmansworth and has passion for sport and travel.

ANDY WAKEFIELD
Property Management
Andy has been part of the Rolfe East family since way back in 1987, where he initially started the Lettings department, before moving on to establish the Property Management department. With a very impressive 29 years practice, landlords fully trust Andy and the team under his wing to manage all their properties in a highly effective and professional manner.

SHANE ACTIVE
Sales & Lettings Director
Shane’s love of the property business came from his maternal Grandmother who was a Local bus conductor. Through a series of smart investments she purchased a number of properties in London and abroad. Over the years she helped many members of her family, friends and even her own boss to get on to the property ladder. Shane joined Rolfe East at the beginning of the millennium. From then until now he has always worked with the same Ethos. To ensure our customers experience is always first class. Being a born and bred West Londoner he has a sentimental passion for the area’s in which our offices operate, this also leads him to be a great supporter of local community events and occasions.

LAURENCE TRUETT
Managing Director (Sherborne)
Laurence began his estate agency career in the West Country. He moved to London and started his journey with our Rolfe East Acton office, quickly establishing himself as the leading agent in the area. Despite his obvious success and amazing client relationships he yearned for a return to his roots in the West Country. Fuelled by ambition and the desire to liven the local market with his London experience he started and built our Sherborne office into the leading independent that it is today. We are delighted to be supporting and investing in Laurence to return him and his family to where their hearts and history lie, opening our first office in Dorset and continuing as the local market leader.

JOANNE JAMES
Head Of Operations
Joanne is our Head of Operations at Rolfe East. She has a law degree with a slant towards criminal justice, so everyone is kept well in line. Having grown up locally, she is a keen Brentford fan and enjoys family and company days at the football. She juggles family and business life with an ease that leaves our other team members in awe, suffice it to say nothing happens at Rolfe East without Jo’s guiding hand.

MAX ROLFE
Commercial Director
Being involved in the property industry seemed natural to Max, he’s been surrounded by it his entire life. On a lighter note, it seemed logical to be a part of the family business, it was much easier getting a job at Rolfe East than it was anywhere else. (haha)
He has a passion for helping people, ranging anywhere from helping them set up their first business, to helping them buy their holiday home - as long as the people he deals with end their day with a smile on their face, he usually does too.

CHRIS BAKER
Commercial & International Property
Chris first came to the company since 2003, He is very experienced in residential sales becoming the manager of our flagship office in 2016, he has now moved on to dealing with commercial properties, development sites and international property with a particular interest in the Calabria region in Italy. His enthusiasm and dedication to clients is second to none.

RICHARD BLAIR
Area Manager
With nearly 20 years experience in the property industry Richard heads up our Ealing Sales and Lettings Team. Having worked in the area for the majority of that time, he is the go to person with any property related questions you may have. Outside of work, Richard enjoys family time and like many in Rolfe East is an avid football fan.

JAMES WILLIAMS
Area Manager
James joined Rolfe East in 2011 and proceeded to become Rolfe East's most successful negotiator. Passionate and driven, he quickly progressed to Sales Manager in our Acton branch where they won Gold in the British Property Awards. Specialising in Residential Sales, James is well known locally, and has an excellent track record of establishing long term relationships with clients. This, alongside his wealth of knowledge and experience of West London, show he is one of the best to help you with your move.
