Rolfe East can offer an affordable route into home ownership in many locations with newly built properties offered by major Housing Developers. These schemes allow you to buy either a share in your property and pay a subsidised rent on the share that you do not own known as new build home buy (formerly shared ownership) or purchase a percentage of your property with the balance of the purchase price being paid by loans from the developer and a government backed scheme (known as home buy direct).

Each scheme can vary but can start as low as purchasing 25% of the full market value for new build home buy schemes and 70% minimum purchase price with topped up loans on Home Buy direct.
