How will my property be marketed?

Therefore we utilise the complete range, from traditional mail and telephone, to the latest, cutting-edge communication mediums, including mobile phone messaging and email, to actively market your property. In addition to our own website, Rolfe East utilises all the major Internet property portals including Rightmove, Findaproperty and Propertyfinder, plus many more, ensuring that your property receives maximum Internet exposure from the outset. Your property will also benefit from Rolfe East’s extensive advertising across a wide range of local newspapers and magazines, including the Leader, Informer and Gazette, as well as property-specific publications such as Move To and Property Weekly, ensuring optimal advertising exposure for our clients. Our offices are situated in prominent high street and town centre locations, within easy walking distance of both mainline and tube stations, making them convenient for our existing clients and readily accessible for new applicants. We generate a high level of enquiry and registration as a result of such ideally located premises, which means greater opportunity to find the ideal purchaser for your property! Rolfe East believes in investing heavily in the direct marketing of our clients’ properties, resulting in more enquiries from suitable applicants, sooner, enabling us to achieve consistently outstanding results.
How will I be kept informed?
Our policy is to report back to our clients within 24 hours of a viewing by their preferred means (telephone, text or email), even if it is simply to inform you that we are waiting to hear something or indeed that we have no further information at this stage! As a minimum, we carry out a weekly client update. What type of people will I be dealing with?: Rolfe East is an accredited ‘Investor in People’ organisation, in recognition of our commitment to the continuous development and training of our staff. Our team members are experienced, professional, friendly and approachable. Teamwork is actively promoted and our unique team commission structure ensures everyone works towards the best possible result for our client rather than for themselves. Will I be expected to show strangers around my home?: We accompany applicants on all viewings where requested and provide maximum notice prior to any viewing.
How will I be charged?: Our commission structure is extremely competitive and represents outstanding value for money. There will be no hidden extras and no nasty surprises, as we provide our clients with complete transparency of information.
Will I be tied in if the estate agent doesn’t do what it says it will?: At Rolfe East we believe that good service is all that should keep clients loyal, not a lengthy contract. We are so confident in the service we provide that we require no minimum contract term, giving you the assurance that we will work hard for you from the moment we are instructed to the moment you move, not just until you sign on the dotted line. How can I be assured of the quality of service I should expect?: To ensure high service standards are met, all our offices are members of an industry-recognised regulatory body, including, where applicable, the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA), the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) or the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and follow the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Code of Practice, where appropriate. We will not pressure you into making a decision to instruct us, preferring instead to let you consider your options in your own time and answering any questions you may have in the meantime. Out of courtesy, we will call you within 48 hours to confirm you have received our valuation and to see if we may be of any further service to you.
